Service Policy “LAS VEGAS MEDI PEDI Center and Spa LLC”



Proper sanitation is the utmost importance here at “LAS VEGAS MEDI PEDI CENTER AND SPA LLC”. All metal implements are sterilized in a hospital grade AUTOCLAVE for a minimum 20 min. And then sealed until next use. Clients wash their hands before services.



All (online) bookings require a deposit. This to avoid no shows ( yes, unfortunately there are people who love to make fake appointments).



Out of consideration for other clients and a total relaxation, please mute all pagers/cell phones and keep all phone calls to a minimum. For any nail services on the hands avoid from using any cell phones. Because of this “quiet zone” policy we also keep our conversations in a low volume level.



We encourage you to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your schedule to allow plenty of time to park your car and check in and wash your hands. If you are a first time client, you will be asked to fill out a health profile card. Getting ready before an appointment and leaving after your appointment is not included in your service time. For example putting make up on after your service has to be done outside the service room in our restrooms or waiting area.


Late Arrivals

Appointments will be held for 15 minutes, after this grace period we consider this as a “NO SHOW” and the appointment may be given away. Please note that your late arrival will determine the length of your treatment and you will be responsible for full service fee. Your service will end accordingly so that the next guest is not delayed.



We strictly and without exception require a 24-hour notice of cancellation for all services. Please keep in mind that “no shows” and “last minute cancellations” leave our therapists/technicians with empty appointment times. We may have also turned away other guests who could have enjoyed that time slot. In accordance with this policy, all missed appointments will be charged the upfront paid deposit or card on file. This also applies to same day appointments. No shows will be charged 100% of the booked service(s). WHEN WE ARE BUSY, CLOSED OR FOR ANY OTHER REASON CAN NOT ANSWER YOUR CALL, LEAVE US A VOICEMAIL. THE TIME STAMP OF THE CALL WILL INDICATE IF THERE IS A FEE DUE.

Covid Policy

Under no circumstances should people enter our establishment or expect services when they are exposed to Covid.


Child Policy

Our services are reserved for you and other clients for a total relaxation. For this reason and for insurance liability, no small children please unless being serviced.


Return Policy for Products

All product sales are final.



We accept cash, American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit cards for payment. Apple and Zelle are options too.

Every received service has to be paid in full after the technician is finished.



Your treatment fees do not include gratuities. Tipping is never expected, but always appreciated.


Pregnancy or Medical Conditions:

Be sure to mention any medical information when you book an appointment. Certain treatments may not be advisable for you. Before your treatment begins, let your technician know of any medical concerns. If you are pregnant, foot massage services are provided only if you are beyond your first trimester (twelve weeks).


What to Wear during Your Treatment:

If you are having a treatment for the first time, feel free to ask the receptionist or therapist how you should be dressed for treatment. We want to make sure that you are comfortable, so please let us know if you have questions. 

Advised for pedicure treatments is wearing flip flops and loose clothing so the under leg can be massaged. Smudging polish is not the technician’s responsibility.


This is a Professional Establishment:

Our trained therapists are here solely to help improve your wellness and relaxation. If a therapist ever feels that a client is behaving inappropriately, they are authorized to stop the treatment immediately and direct you to the front desk.
