Las Vegas Medi Pedi Center and Spa LLC stands out for its extra ordinary foot care.
With a selection of experienced foot care technicians ( from NV trained nail technician with extended education to podiatrist medical assistant) we provide clean, safe and enjoyable foot care services. We work one on one in private rooms and per appointment only. Our client range is from immune compromised people like diabetic, oncology patients to seniors and regular clients that find us or referred by their or our podiatrist.
Our implements are sterilized in an autoclave per client and disposables given home or thrown away. For our soak pedicures we have the Safe Belava Bowls with new in-liners for each clients. And further more we e-file the cuticle instead of using nippers, or scissors.
Our pedicures, nail care and foot care are starting different as you might be used too. Our protocol is that we start with an intake and foot exam for every new ( first timer) client. After this we talk with you about your service and expectations. We also advice you about proper home care, products and time lines for the right maintenance. All to give ultimate care for your feet.
All ” First timers” are serviced with a water less pedicure approx. 90 minutes, this because we can not see before hand if you are a suitable candidate for a soak pedicure. These water-less pedicures are called Medicures in our establishment and are still comfortable and soothing with the hot towels and a range of excellent skin/foot care products. Most of these products are from Gehwol and they are in skin care since 1868.
After the first time your technician will inform you about your follow up Medicures and for the clients who are not immuno compromised the soak pedicures if they like. These services are approx 50-75 minutes.

*1a Master Signature Medi Pedi ( First time clients and regular signature clients)
This is for for First time clients who need to book by Andrea and Angelica. This Medicure has, hot towels, cuticle care, skin care, filing shaping and trimming of the nails, callus debridement and moisturizing cream, scrub, mask and oil. Polish or oil treatment for the nails to finish. Gel polish is NOT included in the price nor acrylic or gel removal of other establishments, this is an additional service. Duration approx. 90 minutes.

*2a Safe Signature Medi Pedi ( First time clients and regular signature clients)
This is for for First time clients who need to book by Danielle and Esmeralda. These Medicures have, hot towels, cuticle care, skin care, filing shaping and trimming of the nails, callus debridement and moisturizing cream, scrub and oil. Polish or oil treatment for the nails to finish. Gel polish is NOT included in the price nor acrylic or gel removal of other establishments, this is an additional service. Duration approx. 90 minutes.
*2b Safe Medi Pedi ( regular returning clients < 4weeks )
*3. Gehwol Safe Soak Pedicure
This is the only safe soak pedicure by Andrea, Angelica, Esmeralda and Daniella. This is only for follow up clients that we saw first time and discussed with them if it is safe to get this pedicure as follow up appointments. Immuno compromised clients, clients with damaged nails, open skin or other health/medical issues are NOT suitable candidates to soak.
However for the clients who can and want to we have a safe soaking bowls ( Belava) and each client get their own in-liners and sterilized implements. After a foot exam, disinfection and a dry first round of callus debridement ( callus removes better from the dry foot), the client can soak in the Herbal Mild antiseptic Foot soak from Gehwol. It will sooth, clean and makes the skin soft and flexible. After a 5 to 10 minutes the bowl get removed and the actual Medicure begins ( see 1b and 2b). Gel polish is NOT included in the price nor acrylic or gel removal of other establishments, this is an additional service. Duration approx. 90 minutes.
